Join SIB members Jeff & Kim Davis at their new home, 2262 Oyster Catcher Court, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 8-9:30am. Their new home has beautiful views of the marsh, with a good variety of birds. You’ll have a chance to see normal wading birds (Snowy and Great Egrets, Great Blue Herons, White Ibis, Clapper Rails, the occasional Roseate Spoonbill) as well as transition/edge birds (Marsh Sparrow, Palm Warblers) and normal songbirds (Northern Cardinals, Carolina Wrens, Blue Jays , Eastern Bluebirds, etc.). Viewing space will be between 4 different levels – a pool deck, a lower patio, an upstairs balcony and even high ground ability to walk out to the marsh. The tide will be mid tide and rising that morning, so it should be dry.
Bring binoculars/camera, and bug spray.
